Training is the most optimistic place to cut corners but the most expensive in terms of lost benefits. Without adequate user training, your software can't live up to its promises.  When it comes to accounting software, what you don't know, can hurt you. Training empowers users to do their jobs, do them effeciently and get them done with the expected results. Why not apply what's being spent on workarounds and correcting unnecessary errors on training. You'll be amazed at the payback.
