Business Insights Explorer (BIE) provides comprehensive business intelligence, plus workflow and reporting tools that enable users to quickly drill down and get specific data on customers and much more. BIE includes 75 predesigned views, that allows users to quickly find information they need. Beyond business intelligence, BIE streamlines the workflow process by enabling users to navigate directly to and perform tasks directly from BIE.
