MBA was much more than a software vendor for us. Rather than setting up a system that would be forever dependent on extra-cost technical services, MBA showed us how we could get the most out of MAS200 on our own. More advanced needs were answered quickly and without the nickel-and-dime billing we’ve experienced with other VAR’s. More importantly, MBA provided some real-world insight in their consultations that helped us make the right business decisions… beyond the computer aspects. Our company is now part of a larger company with a different system, and I’m regularly reminded of the value that MBA brought to the table.
