Sage 100 has built in the functionality of storing all credit cards in what they call the Sage Payment Solutions Vault Storage. Vault Storage is created automatically and you do not have to be a customer of Sage Payment Solutions to be able to store your credit card numbers. This allows customer who wish to manually process credit cards to be able to look up a customers credit card and enter it in another processor manually.
This feature is beneficial on many levels.
Sage Payment Solutions has been renamed Paya (Pie-ya) and while it is still the built in processor, it is no longer a Sage product. GTCR acquired Sage Payment Solutions in June of 2017.

- Credit card information is not stored directly on your computer, but rather on Sage's secure servers. This is accomplished through the Sage Exchange Desktop program and it adheres to the PCI-DSS compliance requirements.
- The software can store multiple card information for the same customer - there is no limit!
- You can provide descriptions for each card for easier recognition.
